Energized project manager with documented success in planning, estimating and organizing the overall implementation of assigned projects. Competent at providing daily direction, motivation, and support to project team in a bid to ensure that project specifications and deadlines are met. Re-organised a system to make it work more efficiently.
More than 4 years experience with web development by using interesting technologies and frameworks . I am good at Back end, but also be able to work with Front end. Symfony framework(PHP), Functional test, Codeignitor, Laravel , AJAX, javascript, jQuery, Google Map api, CSS, lesscc, sass and HTML are my skill. Surfing and learning new technologies and frameworks is my favorite.
Holding to this position mainly, I work closely with clients and making resource and project planning. Furthermore, I responsible for making risk analysis with the project, team and technologies used. Ensure team runs smoothly with high commitment and match with project timeline. Not only with client and team, but I also handle with the System and Administrator too. I need to setup the server environment for each project with docker or manually on local, staging, demo and production server with deployment script. Recruit and mentor new staffs and interns to make them be able to work with company's technologies and environment.
I work with outsourcing projects by using the Symfony framework (PHP). I create websites, web applications, API as clients' needs and according to the requirement. I also lead team to make the project run smoothly with researching new technologies to apply to the team. I need to make a project plan with clear communicate with a client then assign tasks to members according to priority and helping teams to resolve blocking issues. Not only those tasks, but also I need to review every commit of developer's code to ensure that their code clean and standard. For each project I need to write functional tests for covering my code.
I developed many kinds of software, such as, News Management System, Traffic Management System, E-commerce and other websites, with difference technologies used.
I train students from difference Universities about Web Development subject include HTML, CSS, Javscript, jQuery, PHP & MySql and sharing some technique with web development from my real working experience.
Used TYPO3 CMS for create Web site and TYPO3 Flow framework(PHP) for creating web app. Front end technologies Boostrap with LESSCSS or SASS. Using Agile with Scrum for project management methodology and Jira & Confluent (project management system). UAT, used cucumber
